Nairobi and Amboseli National Park
After breakfast you will be met by your guide and depart by road south towards Amboseli National Park. The park and surrounding game reserve cover 1,260 square miles and is mostly arid woodland with a series of swamps and lakes that provide a year-round water supply for the wildlife. Amboseli sits in the shadow of Mt Kilimanjaro and is known for its large elephant population and other big game that is attracted to the area and its underground springs fed from Mt. Kilimanjaro.
You will arrive at Lodge or Tented Lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon you’ll depart on a game drive in search of Amboseli’s famous elephants and with luck if Kilimanjaro will be clear you will take some sunset photos. Overnight – Lodge or Tented Camp (all meals & activities)
Amboseli National Park
Spend another day exploring this beautiful area on morning and afternoon wildlife viewing activities. Return to your Lodge or Tented Camp in time for a sundowner around the campfire before dinner. Overnight – Lodge or Tented Camp (all meals & activities)
Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart with packed lunch box for the Great Rift Valley escarpment and Lake Nakuru National Park. 35 million years ago tectonic activity formed The Great Rift Valley. It stretches 6,000 km from Syria to Mozambique. In Kenya the deepest point is in the Naivasha/Nakuru region. Lake Nakuru is world-renowned for its millions of pink Flamingoes feeding in the lake. It is a protected game sanctuary for endangered species such as the Black/ White rhino and the Rothschild Giraffe. It is also home to lion, leopard and the Black & White Colobus monkey. Your stay here will be at Lodge or Tented Camp. Overnight – Lodge or Tented Camp (all meals & activities)
Masai Mara National Reserve
Arise early this morning for a sunrise game drive and later have your late breakfast. You will them depart from Nakuru to Masai Mara with lunch enroute and on arrival in Nairobi you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta airport for your flight to your next destination. Safari starts at any time of the year.
Masai Mara National Reserve
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to explore this great reserve in depth on morning or afternoon game drives, plus an opportunity to go on a Masai guided walk in this private reserve. Overnight – Lodge or Tented Camp (all meals & activities)
Masai Mara / Nairobi – Depart
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast enjoy a final game drive as you head south to Nairobi. Stop to enjoy your box lunch enroute. You will arrive in the late afternoon where you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight. (Breakfast and Lunch). Safari start at any time of the year.
